The human race, I was told by the Waitrose delivery man. So pleased to offer some respite from the weather for the campers of Carlton today. What a drizzly few days! Real back-to<!-- more -->-school feelings. The whiff of a new pencil case and discomfort of a blistered heel is definitely in the offing. But each Friday whatever the weather we party-on at Polly’s. The kettle is boiling and the families are chilling. Thanks to Suzi for the haircutting, Dörte for stepping in with the facepainting and Sarah for printing our Spill The Beans newsletter today. And it would seem rude not to give a big shout out to the regular serving stars Sara and Andrea. And a congratulations to Gretel for winning this week’s raffle. Happy days.
